Tender Department

The Group has its own Tender Department which makes it the best partner for the management, preparation or participation in JVs in international tenders for private and/or public contracts.
Operationally, the team is created ad hoc on the basis of specific needs and operates in phases on the basis of clearly identified requirements:

• Tender analysis

• Creation of the necessary conditions for participation (creation of JV if necessary)

• Dedicated OM Operation Manager

• Creation / Drafting of BOQ

• Analysis and creation of logistic needs

• Creation of Commercial Offer

• Research of financial instruments where required
